It is also an indication that they make customer service a priority. Nothing can tick a client off like a company that is not responding to the issue that was raised with them.

They only employ experienced and qualified plumbers – Not all plumbing company’s employ qualified plumbers, a qualified plumber means they have gone through the correct training in order for them to complete the job at hand. Choose a plumbing company that invests in training their plumbers on a regular basis to make sure they are up to date with the latest requirements.
Proven Track Record
They have been around for some time – The first thing that comes to mind when contacting a plumbing company is to make sure that they have been around for a while. Trust normally keeps companies in business for years, this also speaks highly of their work ethic.
Considerate
They get to their appointment at the time that was arranged – In today’s fast paced life, being on time is very important as we all have appointments to keep. Arriving late for one can throw a client’s day out completely, meaning the client will either drop the plumbing company or in very rare cases, move the appointment.
Communication
They communicate with their clients – Communication is key in business, whether its between staff internally or clients externally. Always keep clients in the loop should issues arise, should it take longer than the time stipulated in the first agreement. Advise what extra cost will be endured when conducting the extra work.
